Created with the intent to assist those in the limb different community, Form5 is a non-profit on the move. Through efforts in education, R&D, community and manufacturing Form5 needed a brand to scale with their fast growing initiatives. In collaboration with Form5’s Founder and CEO, I created a vibrant identity system that proudly displays Form5’s collaborative ethos and life-changing services.
